By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The Site provides general information about KRWQ, a Korean won (₩) referenced stablecoin. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision to acquire, hold, transfer, or redeem KRWQ, and you should consult your own advisors where appropriate.

3. Eligibility and Compliance

Access to certain features, including minting and redemption, may be restricted to whitelisted or verified participants and may require identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, and adherence to applicable Travel Rule requirements.

You may not use the Site if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any jurisdiction where the use of KRWQ or the Site is prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or sanctions.

4. Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets, including stablecoins, involve significant risk. The value of KRWQ may be affected by market conditions, the performance of reserve assets, regulatory developments, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and other factors. A stable peg is a target, not a guarantee.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for the security of your wallets, private keys, and credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted, and you may not use the KRWQ name, logos, or brand assets in a manner that implies endorsement without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to the operators of KRWQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of KRWQ and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or assets, arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
